We do our best to ship and proceed all orders as soon as possible. Our normal handling time is 1-3 business days after placing your order. 

Tracking will be provided to your email as soon as your order is shipped.

Orders placed after 11:00AM on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning. All orders are shipped from our Shenzhen warehouse.

How do i check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your tracking details within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@obstik.com with your name and order number, and we will gladly help you out.

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. If you come across any issues with tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us by email, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order let us know no later than 15 minutes after the time you submit your order by chatting with us or by sending us an email at support@obstik.com. Cancellation requests received after 15 minutes are subject to our ability to reroute your order with our carrier. We are happy to attempt to reroute your order, but please know that we might not be able to do so. In this case, you will receive your order and will need to return it to us. Please refer to order return instructions.

We have a very small window of time after an order is placed to make any changes or cancellations, however, we’re always happy to assist as best we can. Should you need to make any edits to your order, please chat with us 9:00am – 17:00pm PST, Monday – Friday and we’ll be more than happy to help.

All shipping times are subject to change. Please refer to shipping information in checkout for most up-to-date shipping timelines. Generally, once our warehouse has received your order, it’ll be processed and shipped to you within 1-3 business days. And normal delivery time is 4-12 business days.
